I bought a Nikon sb 5000 flash from this company, and it arrived before noon the following day. Now that's what I call excellent service, thanks! I'll definitely be back for my next purchase.

Caution - these products are grey imports, leading to a bunch of problems with warranty repairs. The Canon EOS 250D we purchased had issues right from the start. We requested proof of repair because when it came back for a second time with the same problems, we just couldn't trust that it was fixed properly. We wanted to chat with the technician to go over everything, but they wouldn't let us. Now, the camera has completely stopped working for the third time, so we sent it back to Canon directly. They informed us that the serial number is not valid and mentioned that the camera only has a one-year warranty since it was bought from a place lacking EU or UK consumer protection and resold outside official channels. We were told we'd have to cover the repair costs ourselves - after Canon even suspected the camera might be a counterfeit and said they’d have to destroy it by law. I had a conversation with Paul at NextDayProCamera, who claimed he would honor the warranty, but we doubt the camera is being fixed correctly. Since it was already with Canon, it didn’t make sense to get it back and send it to him. Communication from NextDayProCamera is pretty much ignored unless you get upset - it took us a week to get a copy of the invoice, and we only heard back after expressing our frustration. When I mentioned my consumer rights, they warned me that if I did that again, they would ignore any future messages. Honestly, just spend a little more and buy from a reputable retailer that has something to lose - it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with small companies that act like they’re big shots (Paul claimed he sold hundreds of millions of pounds worth of cameras, yet his company has a net asset value of just £11k and files micro entity accounts). We really didn’t enjoy our experience with these rude folks.

Watch out! I got a Nikon kit but it showed up with a Canon lens instead. I sent the lens back to the address they provided since they wouldn’t set up a pickup. They claimed I sent it to the wrong place, which caused a hold-up in getting the right lens. A week later, when the correct lens finally came, I inquired about the postage refund. They told me they wouldn’t process it because they had to send it to the right address. So, I ended up covering their mistakes.

I snagged a Tamron telephoto lens for a fantastic price. Right after I made the purchase, I got an immediate acknowledgment, and they promised to let me know the delivery date soon. The next day, I received an email confirming that it would be delivered by courier. My lens showed up right on schedule and in perfect shape.
Both the service and customer support were top-notch. The product is outstanding.
